The first few days of my no complaining challenge were not pretty.

There are those little complaints out of habit that just come out of your mouth… So far driving makes up at least 50% of my defeat.
I have road rage. Badly. I have road rage in the passenger seat and I have road rage on a bicycle. My proud second day of no complaining was overrun by sarcasm, which was driving related. (No really, how hard is it to use an indicator?) This morning I didn’t even try. Even though I may be pouting today, I’m on a good track. Overall, I’ve reduced my complaining to a bare minimum. Interestingly, I’ve also been very productive.
Sometimes I am not too sure about the rules. When is it stating a fact and when is it complaining? When is it talking about a person and when is it gossiping? Can you take something back you said before 7:30 in the morning? I was wondering if I should make it very little complaining for 42 days but I’m not giving up just yet.
