When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro.
Hunter S. Thompson

This quote has been snoozing in my ‘redo’ folder. The current state of things gives it a completely new spin. So go outside and enjoy yourself while you can. Who knows what’s next around the corner.
Have a lovely start to your week.

Sadly you speak the truth Jeanine – carpe diem, seize the day!
I used to think weird is mostly a good thing … We cannot change our new normal but at least try to take it lightly…
You have to do that Jeanine or you go crazy. I was just thinking about you. I turned the news on at the top of the hour and it was the tail end of the TV show “Sixty Minutes” and they are advertising next week’s program, a segment which will be all about “Eurovision” which I had never heard about until you wrote about it in a blog post. Unfortunately I don’t think you can get TV or radio as we tried with another link.
Yes, not long now! I am happy that it is finally swapping over to the US! Maybe check the official Eurovision website, if they offer a the show for streeming. It is a lot more fun with the comments though. UK & Australia have great commentators. But just the show itself will be good fun.
I’ll keep you updated over here 😉
Thanks and I’ll check it out there and as you suggest. I was kind of surprised they were having a segment on Sixty Minutes!
Rumors go Ukraine will win … It’s gonna be an interesting one! But isn’t it always? 😉
The people of Ukraine have a good and unrelenting leader in Zelensky.
🙃 Weird for the win!
Oh, hell yeah! Fingers crossed us weird could actually make a difference some time. Tiny little steps
😀 Weird is good!

Thank you!
Great quote! I fancy myself a pro “weird one”. Happy Monday to you.
Way to go! Hang on to that 🙂
