Also, of course, a very happy International Women’s Day to all the ladies. People have been celebrating this day for women and peace for more than 100 years now. In 1921, March 8th finally got a fixed date. From the start, it had an international character.
We should never take our right to vote for granted. Make you voice count and build your dreams!

We have a big voting year over here. With people not impressed with all Corona restrictions, it might be an intersting outcome?!
Yes, JA, ouiiii, si, I’m certainly most thankful for the right to vote and add my opinion to any kind of decision taking. When I lived in France, I could only vote on the national matters but not on any of my ‘local’ ones. You normally get to vote for all matters in your town/city you live at the time. Hence no rights abroad….
And YES, there is not (yet) any true equality between the sexes. But we’ll get there!

Ha ! I was just about to write “Amen to that” ! Obviously a sentiment that resonates. Yes, International Women’s Day is to be celebrated happily and enthusiastically. And then we get back to work !
