A gallery.

The upscale White Rocks Holiday Complex, also known as the St. Patrick’s Officers Married Quarters, was finished in 1960 and abandoned, when the British military left Malta in 1995. More info on the abandoned resort in Pembroke here.

Most of the photos in the 2nd gallery have been taken by Mark Zweck. Thanks for sharing!

Sunrise at the abandoned resort White Rocks Malta

What a strange nostalgic feeling that creeps up on you walking around there. Maybe it is just hunted indeed…

  1. Pretty amazing! There were some old gun turret rooms underground in Galveston we used to go into when we were in HS, but the city eventually sealed them off; and they weren’t nearly as much as all this! 😊

  2. These are amazing. Thank you. My brother and I used to wander around and take photos of all the abandoned places around town when we were younger. Brings back memories…
